when I try 2 flight outside mine only fly away

oooooo thats y.i tried and it just droped to the ground but i tried a week later and it flew lik 50 feets up and i had no control.i had to do over in the neighbors yard to get it

How does it come that your heli does fly outside and my doesn't???
My PicooZ is being controlled with an infrared controller so I can't fly outside because the sun also emits infrared light wich means that the sun is controlling my PicooZ :S

mine won't work outside! because of the red covering on the controller! there isn't a big doffrence from the picco-z and the airhogs havoc heli. and i have the havoc

JESUS.. you need to trim it.. whnile hovering low... and if that doesent work get a new rear prop
