NICE!!! So much better than those hot and sour duck stocks with worcestershire and chili and citrus. Beautiful! Gonna make this today with thanksgiving leftover duck.

Any fresh herbs you have on hand. I'd use rosemary, thyme, oregano and bay leaf. If you don't have any fresh herbs on hand, just use some Italian seasoning and a bay leaf or two.
