  • sensei needs to ride their asses about their stance. they need to get lower to the ground. also wasting energy by bobbing up and down after attacks.

  • euh... stances??

our 13 year old white belts have better and LOWER stances then these 'black' belts

  • very lazy hikite, lots of tension that isn't needed also

  • how is that fat ass a black belt i know don't judge a book by its cover but seriously

  • their kiai is too weak . louder ! more power !

  • do they begin with the black belt lol

  • what is with mr "iiiiyit" guard lol

  • @hectorheath That's not a strange. In the winter we often ware a white plane singlet under ours, but that's if it's as cold as hell.

  • I could tear this to bits. Lucky for me everyone else has.

  • PS. Furthermore, no dynamic continuity

  • Movements very slowly and without force.

  • Perfect example of a McDojo-one on every corner and a black belt for every student that pays 200 bucks a month for 2 years
