Wheeler Oakman.....The Broncho Kid, alias of Drury
Norval MacGregor.....Judge Stillman
William Ryno.....Struve
Marshall Farnum.....Lawyer Wheatin
The reviews at the IMDB link say it all. It's primitive and somewhat slow-going, but it's an artifact of the transition silent film was going through at the time. The fight scene was edited down in this version - according to contemporary sources, it was originally a full reel and Farnum and Santschi beat the tar out of each other.
This copy was taken from the Grapevine Video VHS release. They are not offering it on DVD.

Great Movie. Thank you for putting it up. Could you tell me the exact date this movie came out? At least give the month, please.

@creamofcardstv according to imdb, it was The Redemption of David Corson, which was released 1 day earlier than The Spoilers. However, The Spoilers was the first movie he acted in (that I know of).

5 star clip! William Farnum was a top actor and one of the highest paid actors in his day, earning $10,000 a week. Does anyone what was the first movie he appeared in and the date?
