AWESOME After Effects Intro

This will probably be the final intro I do with After Effects (well... it'll be the one I use for awhile). I wanted to make one memorable, so I used the particular demo (I'll leave you to figure out how I got rid of the red lines), CC Ball Motion, Optical Flares, and Sure Target to make this (along with photoshop for the age-old logo).

Anyways, this is it. This is the one that I'm probably going to use for a LONG time. I might make a tutorial, but there's really not much to it. Plus, I did a lot of random trial-and-error type stuff and got extremely lucky with the camera motion working out right. Anyways, thanks for watching.

Couldn't you just use a Null Object, Attact the flare onto the null, and the Particular affects onto the flare, and then just enter a random or specific direction to form back into them letters?

Besides, I basically agreed with you. People shouldn't shun constructive criticism. They should read it, consider it, and (most of the time) apply it.

I assure you I took your criticising my vid kindly, for you said no more no less than what was true. When I find someone who actually adds and doesn't subtract around here I tend to take notice, and it felt like a nice gesture trying and return the favor by suggesting some things I'd do on your vid. It was by no means meant to offend you. I apologize if I have done such a thing.

Like I said b4, this was just a test of CC Ball Action. I wasn't actually trying for anything here, just took a picture and used a couple keyframes along with a camera animation and Optical Flares.

And I don't get why people take offense to constructive criticism. You're just trying to help, right?

@nico89SFX the last frame can be locked so that it looks like it actually ends. Besides, this isn't the intro I'm using.  It was just a test of a few plugins.

And CC ball action. Use it, but more subtly. A couple of bigger particles. Not as many small ones. They make it all messy, and they serve no purpose like that. Some random, rotating, spinning, and really disperse particles should sell the effect better. With motion blur. Loads of it.

Hey there..Mind some suggestions? Take em or leave em..

Fade in and fade out! Anyway you want but it should be there. Abrupt, slow, with explosions and laser shooting, anyway but you have to have it.

Using one of the most recognizable particular presets around (however interesting you got to remove the red channel of an otherwise plain particle system) is never a good idea. If it'll be there create your own. And leave your ISO alone in the end.
