hi Omarlsuf, I was wondering what are your thoughts on supplements such as "fat burners" and "metabolic boosters" and things like that, most of these supplements have caffeine, what are your thoughts on these products? if you want an example, there is one called "Six Pack, the 24 hour fat burning program" made by precision body building. please answer me asap, thankyou

What are your views on multivitamins? I just took the ones from gnc (Mega Man) and only took one a day, though it says you can take 2. I seem to get tendon/joint pain a lot less, and if I do it goes away pretty quick. I've found just eating healthier and working out to gain muscle/bulk has REALLY slimmed me down. I've lost about 30lbs, but I've gained like 20lbs at least of muscle, so i've prob lost 50lbs fat weight

@heyitsthatoneguy91 Multi-vitamins are tricking to recommend and I don't generally because since they have a wide spread of vitamins, some you will over consume (since you already eat them in your diet) and some you will need, so it skews what you need. My belief is to find what you are deficient in or most lacking and supplement with that (so say Vitamin E etc) and this depends on every individual, hence why I'm not making big general recommendations!!!

i use flax seed.
should i swap for fish oil?
does fish oil have a calorie content?

@paulieandkaty Yep. Flax seed is an inferior form of fish oil. Yes each gram has 10 calories.
