I am not a mufti, but i do believe it is only bidah if they do not understand and they are only saying things because they like the voice of the qari, not because they are touched by the actual meaning.

I would not like this Qari if he sang a song here. His voice now touches me because it is beautified with the way he recites. So, it is the miracle of Holy Quran that touches our hearts! Praise be up on such a Qari. He is a Nemah to listen to.

if you read quran you should listen, it is not music and that what shiat think that why they are laughing and cheering, this is not music, this whole thing is fabricated by the misleading shiatt, they just want to laugh if you look closley.... and no they are not good people they are crazy they kill them self and beat thier self over nothing, that is not what islam is all about.
