@1098elway - LOL, well duh. I twisted it off between my bicep and tricep and it didn't quite spin off like it normally does, so I tapped it with my forearm to nudge it off. Im not sure what your point is lol, if it wasn't a twist off, how the hell could i twist it off with my arm?

you have to push hard, if you dont make a firm seal around the cap between the biep and tricep you will bruise and cut the skin!
