Is that 7 Star Praying Mantis Sifu Raul Ortiz with the black helmet? He's Puerto Rican and lighter skinned.  Why does the guy with the black helmet (when his helmet comes off) look black?

@TainoMantis because @ about 2:19 two different fighters are shown, the late Teddy (Theodore) Pritchard v Billy Blanks...Teddy was black...Rauls helment never comes off...hope that clears things up
