  • There is even more sadness in this than even realized. Cojack is the same Blue Angel that was killed in an Air Show accident. I hope they all are in Heaven flying like angels.

  • There is a memorial note in the file description about Kojak as well. I had checked with Bruce if he minded the note after I learned of Kojak's death. He was pleased that I had added it ans I am sure he is pleased that I added the momorial note for Jim Cox as well. Jim Cox was a good friend of Bruce and I know he misses him terribly.

  • No, Ch 3, Ch5 & Ch12 share the same chopper. Ch10 & Ch15 each have their own choppers.

  • I hope it will be soon, but will understand if it takes him some time. Plus I am not sure how many hours the station will want to put on the backup helicopter either. It is a TwinStar which is more expensive toflay than an AStar is. The backup didn't have the radio setup either, but I will help Bruce as much as he needs getting the scanners setup the way he wants when the new bird is delivered.

  • jim cox you will be missed, as well as scott bowerbank your still the best at what you do god bless

  • Yes, that is Jim in the back of the helicopter doing what he loved to do. HE WILL BE MISSED.

  • that does look like jim in the back of the choper with bruce..r.i.p cox and scott

  • Was Jim Cox filming during this segment?
