Leather Sofa For Sale

Paid over $1,700 for this couch 8 years ago. It definitely does not look its age since it was only the primary sofa for a year or two. Most of the time this has been in a spare room. The leather is a burgundy/wine color that is a bit hard to describe. It is definitely more burgundy than wine but there is a very slight bluish hue that you can see in some kinds of light. A few very small nicks on the corners from moving and tiny scrapes on a few of the surfaces that you can see in the video.

The sleeper mechanism has a broken arm in it that could be repaired by someone with access to a metal shop. Jennifer Convertibles told me they would just replace the whole mechanism at a cost of around 300 bucks. The broken arm makes it a little tricky to fold up and causes the corner where that support is to droop a couple inches when it is folded out. I'd say it is still sleep able as is but probably more comfortable for one person. The faulty arm in the bed mechanism does not affect the sofa when it is folded up. The mattress is in good shape but I'd recommend getting a nice thick memory foam pad for any of these types of sleeper sofas to make them more comfortable.
