wow this horrible people killed and criminals released back into the streets

this is really chilling, all those people, shot or stabbed, this is awful. especialy that person who was trying to stop a gang stealing a phone, he was trying to do a good thing, and paid for it in the worst way possible. my heart goes out to anyone related to victims. RIP
