but i don't like gyms and no one has that at home.

Best way to loose weight is jogging mixed with weight training it's

working great for me, i lost 10 pounds in about a month. I eat healthy and

cardio in the morning and weights at night. Guaranteed results 100%

  • @IPodComputerTips thumb up her ass if you agree

  • @atheistkyo Have you ever tried to do the opposite? Start with weight training will help burn more calories through out the day, but of course warm up with a little cardio. And then finish the day with cardio to burn more calories and fat since the majority of other stored energy like starch and sugar has been used up all day. Just wondering, and the fact that you change your routine with be good from your body from its routine to use up less calories.

  • Awesome, will try it

  • 3:17 "pouring sex?"

  • she looks prego

  • she should get the cables wrapped around both her legs spread out while the cables are stretching her legs and arms then i shall thrust it :)

  • Thats one of my favorite exercises! great explanation!

  • But doesn't that exercise damage the rotator cuff?
