Do they lower the transmitter output power during off hours?
-
Yes, that is a F-16C.
-
Is that an F-16 in the background?
-
They did not mention who is the owner of WTKR in this sign-off/sign-on clip.
-
Can You Upload It?
-
WTKR just updated their sign-off montage, now it shows the current logo, and the updated CBS logo. Plus the only time you can see the Your branding is during the shot of the sattlite truck.
-
Yeah, I guess early Saturday and early Sunday.
-
On Fridays, they have Up To The Minute. Do you mean on Saturday mornings?
-
Pretty wild... and here I thought no one signed off anymore.

WTKR still uses this sign-off today, even though they stopped using the Your branding last summer. Now, if you are watching WTKR right before sign-on on Fridays about 4:52 or 4:53 AM, you can see Vanessa Murdock preparing for the morning news at 6. You can see her moving a cursor and the maps all with out sound too, so it is most interesting to see. On Saturdays, they sign-on at 4:30 AM, like in this clip, so you can not see Dave Parker preparing for the News. Its very odd to watch.

Back when WTKR and WVEC carried a digital subchannel with their radar, you could sometimes see the meteorologists preparing the forecasts.
