Hey chuck todd, it is irrelevant what people call it, the Supreme Court ruled it a penalty tax. Obama told congress it was not a tax and told the SC that it was a tax after they told the SC it was not a tax. But the fact is Obamacaretax introduces about 15 more taxes to get it funded. Obama sold this crap to the people at 900B, a few weeks ago the CBO scored the bill to be 1.7T, now a few days ago the CBO scored Obamacrap at 2.6T. Obamacaretax is an ongoing failure.
