  • Have you posted any with a powerlifting bar? I'd be curious how those felt to you, heavy-wise. That and I don't have access to any Olympic bars. Do you think you'd do lower bar(back) or not front squat with those bars? Great work either way.

  • @jshealy Actually we picked up an Eleiko IPF bar. it is 20kg, but 1mm thicker. It's a bit easier to squat with, however when it starts to oscillate -- look out!

  • @BROZKNOWS Ya do you have to time your lifts with the oscillation of the bar? I've never used anything but a regular old olympic so I have no experience with it? I'm assuming it can change the dynamics of the lift quite a bit?

  • @luthmhor anything over 170 it becomes very important.

  • @asvid When I think of retarded, I imagine someone who is so mentally numb that comprehending any logic whatsoever or trying to explain fundamental ideas is a complete waste of time, unless of course you are trying to test your patience. The diarrhea that spilled out of your mouth makes it painfully obvious that video games are not helping your I.Q. Try getting off the couch once in a while and go outside. The sun will help thaw your brain.

  • @LVDVSMAGNVS it happened already at a party, only it was 7 guys.

  • @BROZKNOWS really 7 guys? lol

  • What do you do to condition your athletes to allow them to workout with maximum weights multiple times a day?

  • "last one for the money!" ......"yeah....."LOL

  • @BROZKNOWS Sorry for the misinformation; thanks for the correction.

  • @EndlersaurusRex anterior

  • @Nickreedyt It should be resting on your posterior deltoids, not wrists.

  • @victorrod9669 Love handles. You put straps around the bar so you don't have to use a full clean grip

  • @victorrod9669 straps LOL

  • what are those handles called
