there's another amazing product (eMenu by conceptic) which is implemented at over 900 restaurants over the world...cant understand why mcdonalds picked this system instead of eMenu by conceptic.

Often it's not faster, because the regular lines are filled up. If you use easy order, you get an extra line to pick up your stuff, which is much faster in crowded places.

they call it easy order, but it would have been much quicker to just go to the counter.
