  • i started rowing about 2.5 years ago, and my team used this strategy at national championships

  • OK, HOW DID YOU DO????

By the way, I want to come up to Seattle before winter for a coaching clinic. Do you think that there are any takers?

    Xeno

  • Beatiful finish :)

  • Thank you very much. It all worked out great. I had a much tougher finish in 2000. All the best,

  • I think there would be tremendous interest in a Seattle clinic!! Is it a go?

  • Well, we used your strategy and you won so.... As far as the clinic i would say definitely. if you talked to a couple of clubs im sure coaches would encourage rowers and do some of your advertising for you

  • because on the erg you dont have to deal wit other factors, as well as the fact that ergs are calculated for a 4+

  • is think their is a canadian in this race too!!!

  • he Xeno

i am from the netherlands and my dream is to become just like you a great sculler! do you maybe have any tips for me?

I also have a question is it really necesarry to be tall? Because I am no 15 and 1.80 m and I am not sure if I gonna be 1.90 like you.

  • Why is rowing on the erg so much faster?

  • Hi Xeno. That was a great race and a awesome finish. That was the year I started rowing and I remember seeing this final over and over again and analyzing the close-ups in slow motion . I learned a lot from you. All the best.
