This is the worst Metallica album. It has some good moments but it's still a bad album. It time for some '80s metal bands like Maiden, Priest and Megadeath to understand that they give everything they could during the '80s and in mid '90s and disband. It a pity to see so many good old bands doing so mediocre stuff today.

Gee folks let's get our panties knotted in a wad. Coming from an actual "Metallica fan" from like 1984, St. Anger is perhaps their worst production. Not the music itself; just how it all comes into play in a finished recording. This release is somewhat "alien" to those who GREW UP listening to Metallica in the 80s. Most of you on here were probably still peeing in your diapers. St. Anger is a different generation of Metallica. Not bad, but not their best either. =Long Live Cliff=

Why does everybody say that this album sux? i mean just listen to the riffs, lyrics and feel in the songs! If they had done kirks kickass solo on this album i promise almost everyone would digg it!
