very good you helped me to finally understand the difference between the "regular" kata guruma and the fire man carry: kg attacks the same side, fmc attacks the opposite side. thank you very much.

nice stuff! I've always found difficult to pull off a kataguruma. Now I understand its all in the grip.

Very Nice stuff. I recently talked with Mr Toby Threadgill of the Shindo Yoshin ryu as I trained with his teacher Mr Takamura 20 years ago. When asked his opinion about a good teacher of older jujutsu newaza, Mr Threadgill enthusiasticly recommended Mr Fields. Now I can see why.
