by the same definition herman, you absolutely should NOT consider hiring christians then? seeing as every single day christianity's influence on American politics and policy making grows to scary proportions? seeing as it has become perfectly acceptable to call upon 'God' or 'Jesus' in political debates about gay marriage, abortion etc the affected people of which clearly transcend religious and ethnic boundaries, but not Allah or any other God that you're scared of?
