  • I too love the sounds of classic records. There's that record store across the street from that video game place we went to. Great vid Mike.

  • Yeah that was The Finest. That place went out of business man it sucks. That one game place that we went by that was closed is also shut down now. It's getting to the point that moving to Denver sounds better all the time lol.

  • ive got a bunch of reel to reels in quadrophonic but finding a quad amp these days is hell.. anyway.. nice jumbo cassette.. might wanna swing past cassette master to see more info he has the biggest collection of stuff like that,, i mean as far as ive ever seen..

  • This video is a reply to one of his videos. I have yet to hear from him. I have a quad amp that I never use. Personally I just use my digital A/V receiver and use the 5.1 analog inputs lol.

  • I have the "Meet the Beatles" record, for a record player... I wonder how much it's worth?

  • @seanobi777

Depends on which print it is and how good of shape. Most copies I see are very common and are only in decent shape. So for a copy like that around $10 sounds about right.

  • Mr. "Bill Lear" invented the 8 track cartridges, of "Lear Jet" fame!!!!

  • Wow that game place closed that we went to? That's really sad to hear.

  • HEY! My dad collects 8-track!

And he also has that Beetles one too!

  • Yeah, those are some interesting audio formats.

  • also woth checking out is the classic RCA video called "Trash those records, now we have tape!"

    on channel "Ziptrivia"..

  • Nice history lesson there. Those RCA tapes are humongous :D I like cds, but even when I try to be real careful with them they can get scratched pretty easily and are hit or miss. I have some cds that don't even have deep scratches and a couple tracks will skip. And then I had a cd that looked like it went through a garbage compactor and it still played fine.
