Bodybuilding contest preparation...In this video I´m 188 cm tall and my weight is 94.0 kg. My next contest will be on next Saturday (7. may) in Riga (Baltic Match 2011). Last Saturday I won the Estonian Overall Cup in bodybuilding. My camera is very bad and the light for filming is not proper, that´s the reason why the separation, cuts and dryness don´t appear quite well. My category is Men´s Classic Bodybuilding + 180 cm.
