Yes, I did have a lawyer. Unfortunately, I only have a limted amount of time to post this on youtube. Your are a real insightful person; to pick up on the fact that there is something not said or something missing. You would think the judge in this case would grant a trial to allow all the facts to be heard and to have all the parties to present the facts and evidence before the courts.

My home was going to auction in 30 days! I trying to get help everywhere. The lender wouldn't work anything out.

I bought an ebook that explains what lenders are doing is fraud and how we can fight legally. I sent two letters from it and within 2 wks they canceled the sale and I still have my home. That was 3 yrs ago!

Any judge that rules in favor of these predatory lenders should be prosecuted to!!! I hope God blesses you richly from this tragic experience.

Atlfraudcop- you are such an Idiot. Did you also hear that the Judge took JUDICIAL NOTICE that "one half of the Duplex was later sold for 160,000" first, look up the defination of JUDICIAL NOTICE. Now explain to the world what the Judge meant! There is no such thing a sellig one half of a Duplex, and the Duplex I bought never sold for $160,000- 65 A Spring Lane. You are the same set of peopele who made the Dread Scott decision in the 1860's. You all have not changed, take off your white gown and hood and maybe you can see yourself in the mirror. I asked BB&T to take the property, null and void the trnsaction, and I will buy the propety for the correct value. They refused, call the note due, foreclsoe, then tried to sue me. You are a part of the Racist system, no morals, character, integrity; this is a modern day lynching; financial lynching.

BB&T is a shifty outfit. I went to them,during the boom,I needed a home eq. loan for 15,000 they would only issue me one for 50,000.At this time I had a mortgage for 80,000 and an annual inc. of 21,000. Even I know that does not compute.I used only 13,000 and paid it back and closed the account.They dangle the carrot hoping you will go for it.Protect yourself against these theives.PS the most preditory lending directed toward minorities.Courts are set up to protect the business community.

@bwr3rd Maybe it is conceivable that the purchase price was totally inflated..as were many during the fake boom bubble that all in the real estate business were happy to participate in.$ I was told by many an x-brooker..we were told to bring the loan did not matter if the purchaser could pay it ...everyone was approved $. Their reasoning "if I don't do it someone else will."You people are supposed to be the professionals..needed more regulation.

@couples22 Omar, it appears to me that you made a bad investment decision and are now trying to blame the lender. I'm a 30-year veteran of the mortgage industry and FYI, appraisals are ordered for the benefit of the lender, not the borrower. Unfortunately, we're living in a time where real estate values are declining significantly. So it's not inconceivable that your property declined in value between the purchase date and the date of the refinance application.

Did you know that all mortgages in this country are fraudulent? Did you know that if you were to take your mortgage company or bank to court, like I'm doing now,that they cannot prove they gave you a loan and then come to you with offers to settle? A signiture on a promisorry note does not prove a loan. A loan is when you take your assets and put them at risk for someone else. Well thanks to the fed reserve, that never happens. And some of us have wised up and called bluffs

Oh I know.  I sat and watched as the money changing lady told me that my check from my employer hadn't shown up yet. I showed her the papers saying that the check had been sent out two days before, and what do you know? It just showed up in my checking account, even though it was set up to go to my savings account which they closed because I used the atm card as a debit card, which was my fault. Still, she had to have put it in when I showed her the papers. Funny that it showed in the..
