I just picked up a Silky Zubat. I also have a Stihl top handle for climbing. When you say "Hand saw works better", you are absolutely correct. I like being able to control the fall when topping and limbing. And Silky saws are a great product. Great video! And nice view too!

cant believe you aint wearing alll the correct PPE, u either very dumb or............ no just DUMB! U shouldnt put vuids like this on cause all the younger guys copy and thinks its cool to not wear headgear and such, shame though cos u obviously an good climber!

Yeah, this is only a 100' tree(30.5 meter) When I am doing a 200' or 60 meter tree. I don't take my camera, it usually serves as a distraction and the property owner would think I am fooling around.

why would you use a hand saw if you had your chainsaw with you?? hand saw work better? he was scared.. haha

Part of the reason is I wanted to show how fast a Silky handsaw can cut. Plus I wanted to control the fall of the treetop. If I used my chainsaw it would have been harder to focus on the falling object.
