All the regeration stuff has been mentioned before (10th Doctor grew his arm back in series 2, 5th Doctor offered his regerations to Turlough and that in the Black Guardian trilogy) so I thought it was cool that they brought those aspects up again, rather than being a once of then never mentioning again. On the otherhand, I do agree about the misleading title. I was really hoping for more Hitler. Personally, I prefer all the mystery UNLESS it doesnt pay off on the last episode of this season.

You're right. They're trying to do long term story arcs, ok, but the problem is that the current one seems to be, 'We have secrets involving River and the Doctor. We will not tell you them until we want to. muahahaha!'. Which, as plotlines go, is lacking quite a lot.
