Waiting for Presto Tours in Rome - Don't Use Them to "Skip the Line"

Don't use Presto Tours! Don't even book a skip the line ticket for the Vatican Museums. Just follow another tour through the quick line and save the headache and the $40 if you don't want to use another agency. They canceled on us and another couple and left us waiting for over an hour. We had to call a friend to check our emails. Sure enough there was a cancellation notice in the in box. The other tour guides did not know of Presto! We did get a refund but could not provide a phone number because the B&B did not have a phone. Poor planning on their part.
