  • Kyle's definently a smart guy - i've never heard about the second muscle building tip, pretty interesting.

    Now you've probably heard this a tons of time, and honestly dont know if you'll answer.

    I am going to order protein for the first time, since i've never felt the need for it.

    Now lanky leo has talked about protein as an important tool of bodybuilding (10% of results), and i was wondering what your view is on ''xpisupplements - Myotein'' Anyways i wish the best of luck too Vince and Kyle!

  • @fshfrghedht64 he means, 70 % of your daily carbs should be consumed by your pre and post workout meals. and 30% of carbs with the rest of the meals.
