@ElfrangerProductions your brain can only see 25 frames per second, and that means, if you swap out 26 pictures on 1 second, you wouldn't be able to see them all, but only 25 of them.

the brain can see up to 127 or something like that frames per second.
Why do you think there are 120hz screens and THEY DO have effects. It's bullshit that the brain only can see 25fps. Try play cod at 25fps, epic fail I would say.

It's recorded at 1000fps and then rendered at 30fps, Basically this creates additional frames so that we can view the video slower and in higher detail seeing what happends between the frames. It's not that hard :|
