No, they don't. They gain another move with the transformation, but they don't change types. They are all still Electric/Ghost.

Trust me, I am a freaking PokeNERD and I spend 80% of my time on Serebiiforums and other websites.

... And if you still don't believe me, screen shots from in-game confirm they are still Ghost/Electric.
