Well....that was some time ago but....basic you need a rear wheel drive car with about 500hp to 600hp and use harder tire compound in the back and softer in the front. I'm not sure, but I think Economy and Road tires should do it. If it doesn't, try to set up the suspension to make the car oversteer.
