According to the sixth tracking poll by the Kaiser Family Foundation, 57 percent of Americans believe that tackling health care reform is more important than ever, up from 53 percent in August. The proportion of Americans who believe their families would be better off after an overhaul is up six percentage points to
42 percent and the proportion who think that the country would be better off is up eight points to 53 percent.

ha ha reminds me of mister flip flop kerry. his goal is single payer that is obviuos. public option will lead to it, is just a matter of time. No competition, no basising it on our countries founding ideas of limited government control. socialism will be here before we know it.

Really, well please direct me as to where I can go and read in any US code that it states you have a 'right' to affordable health care. Better yet, any health care. You want to really bring costs down? Tort reform and let every insurance company do business in every state which is not currently allowed.

The number one problem with health care costs is third party payment. The number two problem is you can't buy catastrophic health insurance. You can buy or get health insurance through your employer, but it has hundreds of mandates in it that raise the cost for all of us. Marriage counseling isn't catastrophic medical. It is mandated by some state. The third problem is everyone thinks that everything they need in health care should be free and guaranteed. WTF is that about?

Insurance companies are gangsters. Pay up or something bad could happen to you. SINGLE PAYER PERIOD! The last thing you should have to worry about when you are sick is how you are going to pay for it.

Plan you seem to ignore that FACT that our elected officials are also gangsters.
