Mega Man +1 - Special Weapons

Here you go, all five of you who care: special weapons.

Luck Dealer: Random damage, high-speed card.
Heavy Boulder: Large boulder that shatters when dropped.
Static Burst: A balloon that bursts when you let it to or it hits a wall.
Toxic Drip: Slow-moving orb that drips acid.
Tidal Pump: A bubble that bursts into a pillar of water.
Inferno Twister: Really fast and powerful tornado that travels along the ground.
Arctic Hail: Semi-powerful screenwide attack.
Slash Barrier: The "shield" weapon.
