The bible is a wonderful book. It has many wonderful lessons. Might I just suggest that you start reading, watching and absorbing from some other avenue? I mean, it's only learning! And the bible doesn't say it's a sin to learn or broaden your knowledge?

We're already on the spiritual plane. We have been since God took up our cause. In John 5:24, Jesus said Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

Okay..., it was preordained and he knows EVERYTHING that is going to happen? Then he KNEW Eve would eat the apple. He KNEW that Lucifer was going to turn on him? He KNEW that we were going to question what this is all about? He wants a "relationship" w/ us, but NOT in the way he built us? I reckon I'll have to follow him when I get to the "spiritual plane", if that's the way he wants to play it.

It's not that God refuses to use those concepts, but that He's chosen to relate to us spiritually while we're in this present state of being. Think about something, all through the Bible whenever God related to people via physical means they more often than not grew accustomed to it and went astray. They even abused and murdered God when He became incarnate (Jesus). All of that was fore-ordained in order that we might see the need for a spiritual rebirth. Now we can relate to God spiritually.

Okay..., I am not sure where you get the predujudice from??! But..., the rest of your statement was my whole point. Why would he build US to have relationships built on various physical concepts.., then REFUSE to use any of those concepts to build a relationship w/ us??!
