Does that alarm have a volume adjustment? I have an older version of the U-MMT, and you can't adjust the volume.

Yes it does, it has a spot if you remove the back cover that you can use a screwdriver to set it to four different levels. I have this one set on low, and it's still too loud for a bedroom. There's also a piece of tape over the horn grille.

I think that's actually a U-MHT. Awesome video though.

Not to sound negative, but I think you mean U-HNH or NH, but this is a U-MMT. Despite the sound, this is actually just a piezzo even though it may sound like an electromechanical horn (U-HNH). It is similar to the Wheelock MT, they both have 8 selectable tones (plus, the box says U-MMT-MCS)

No, there really is such thing as a U-MHT. OK, though.
