  • Go get counseling if your gay.

  • Ok every gay person out there was either sexualy abused or from a broken home and then they craved same sex attention not in a bad way but when they start going through puberty it turns sexual and don't deny it cause u were not born that way. Oh bi the way I'm gay.

  • this is stupid video its the truth its between a man and women i dont hate gay people but its the truth periz asked for an honest opion and every body is hating on her when they dont need to .

  • @Samwise019 why is offense taken? she didnt try 2 be mean she just said what she believed and that asshole guy who asked the question shouldnt have asked it if he was afraid that the answer wasnt going 2 be what he wanted ..gay people want 2 be accepted in society but yet they get so mad when someone says they dont think it should be legal

  • I actually got a kick out of this video - although it is rife with incompleteness.

  • @DisneyPrincessVoice Your previous comments mentioned the right to marry "one consenting person."

In 2008, Proposition 8 reversed a CA Supreme Court ruling granting marriage rights to same sex couples—the first time the rights of a minority had been put to a public vote, but not the last: similar measures stripped same sex couples of their court-granted rights in Maine. My original comment was about these discriminatory votes.

Like I said, live your life freely. Just leave my rights alone.

Perhaps the child marriage, which I can agree is digressing. But polygamy is not digressing so long as it is been adults.

The difference in the interracial law is that people were still trying to marry others of opposite sex, whereas now it is a fight to try and make marriage legal for two people of the same sex.

I'll say it again, no part of the population is being denied any of "their rights" by not legalizing gay marriage.

  • @DisneyPrincessVoice As you've stated a couple times, we're talking about marriage between consenting adults. To bring up polygamy and child marriage is to digress.

Marriage law may not be about love, but they are partly about choice. Prior to Loving v. Virginia 1967, interracial marriage was illegal in Virginia. Everyone had the option to marry someone of their own race (the point you pose uses the same logic), but to say that was satisfactory was to deny part of the population their rights.
