http://www.bavsound.com/ | Part 1/2: This video describes the complete procedure for removing factory speakers in an E46 3 Series Coupe or Cabrio years '99-06 and replacing them with BSW's STAGE I factory speaker upgrade kit. This kit is very simple to install and perfectly replaces the factory speakers with better sounding, superior quality BSW drivers. Perfect fit and impedance. The guide covers all speaker locations found in the Harman Kardon (HK) and Business CD (standard) systems.

  • Just finished the install of the BSW speakers. Results are OUTSTANDING! I never imagined it would sound this great. Honest. Im hearing details in songs that I never knew was there. Lol. The speakers were Expen$ive but worth it...

  • @simondalangpan Awesome : )

  • is the bsw better than the h&K?

  • @2345godfather Sooooo much better. Night and day in terms of clarity and "openness". You can hear reverb in the room. The HKs sound very harsh with little detail.

  • @bavsound because i was planning on doing a stage one for my e39 530 with a sub in the trunk which is a bit expensive but if it sounds good i dont care how much it costs

  • @2345godfather It's an awesome setup! And actually a good value considering it's vehicle specific and perfectly tuned to your E39. Custom shop would charge many times the $, and not be as sleek.

  • what are those wheels?

  • What's the difference between the saloon and the coupe/cabrio doors/speakers?

  • @bc78260 The mid-woofers are the same but the tweeter/midrange assembly is different.

  • Are the rear deck speakers the same as the door speakers ??
