They where in N korea! And Saddam did that because we where occupying. I hate dictators more than the next guy but we CANT kill innocent people! 40,000 children died in Iraq and 36,000 adults! This IS why the rest of the world hates us!Or at least our goverment.

He was doing it because we were OCCUPYING IRAQ, then??? WHERE?
Desert Storm -- they went in, drove him out of Kuwait & left. No fly zone was set up to keep Saddam at bay.
