  • What is the size, type and rpms of endmill used at 1:00

  • @123hikid .250 4 flute hss endmill @ .05 doc @ 5 ipm, 2000 rpm very light cut for this machine but i babied my last endmill.

  • In the beginning of the video there is some smoke coming up from the left hand side of the screen? Was something burning or melting during the operation?

  • @ShawnColorado those are hot steel chips hitting some coolant puddles, steaming

  • It's a 5 inch vise, not all that big
