Mid-market hotel brand Jurys Inn has spent the last couple of years reinventing its misconceived budget sector image and doubling its UK and Ireland estate.
The chain is on the verge of opening its 24th hotel in Newcastle Gateshead, and plans to launch another in Portsmouth before the year is out.
With extensive refurbishment plans afoot across its entire estate, including one property in Prague, Jurys Inn is busy making its mark in the sector.
BigHospitality's Becky Paskin caught up with Jurys Inn chief executive John Brennan at the group's Islington branch to find out what's in store for them in the coming years.
