The New York State Business Plan Competition (NYS BPC) is a venture creation and innovation competition that was established in 2009 to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship throughout New York State's colleges and universities. The NYS BPC, with over $100,000 in cash prizes available to student start-ups and entrepreneurs, is the only statewide venture creation competition in New York.
