I love this place. Would be a perfect place to go on a date for an otaku couple. <3

@animefanaticgirl1 Yes! I love this place too. So many cool restaurants, stores, coffee shops..generally a nice atmosphere.
Actually I've gone on several dates there..and you don't have to be an otaku couple to enjoy it. One time I brought my date who never had sushi in her entire life ( she was originally from a small town in the Mid-West). The first thing she tried were the the octopus rolls! Lol She was scared at first, poor girl almost puked! Lol But what an experience for her! ;)

This video is awesome!
I've never went to Little Tokyo,
but I'll be going there in two weeks for the first time.
(Yes, I'm asian, not a weeaboo.)
I'm hoping to learn more about home when I'm there.
It looks so fun. :)

@brianshown Aww thanks for watching! Haha I don't care if you're weeaboo or not, as I don't discriminate. LOL..but the best time to go to Little Tokyo is when they have Nisei Week or the Little Tokyo Cherry Blossom Festival. That's when they have lots of entertainment and yummy food booths to sample from. Don't forget to drop by Mikaywa's for the yummy mochi ice cream. In fact the Little Tokyo Cherry Blossom Festival this Sat and Sunday(April 10th and 11th). I'll probably go on Sunday.=D

@brianshown So if u really want to sample and learn the culture its during the Festivals! Japanese music, dancing, singing, etc. Lots of folks in kimonos, and it's always fun to dress up or watch ppl dress up for the occasion. And don't forget the food! And of course the beautiful Cherry blossoms blossoming this early Spring. There's the Odori street dancing. And I think they have a Cosplay contest too if that's your thing. So if u intend on going, go tomorrow or sunday don't wait 2 weeks.=)
