You did not need to use the APU. Ypu can use tre GRD Call button (at the fourth panel section) and request external power connection, so the "Ext Power" button will be Avail and you can use it. Save your Gasoline ;) Also, you don't need to activate the APU Bleed, of course

@tunderhed Yes. Search for Flight1 and then look for the Level-D. Mine was $60, but it's worth every penny.

absolutely yes, i think that if CS did a good job on the aircraft the systems and so the procedures shouldnt differ
