ODST: Where is the flamethrower?

READ BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS (SPOILERS)

To get the "I Like Fire" achievement, you'll need the flamethrower. So where is it? Along the way, you'll befriend a random dude with a shotgun who also wants to go down to Section 9. Immediately after he dies when you've just jumped down a second bug-infested hole in the floor, the floor of the tunnels begins to turn splotchy with snow-looking white mess everywhere. The flamethrower is in that messy room.

i remember i was looking everywhere and i had a feeling it would be in a corner and theirs only 11 kills in the next room i belive im not sure you have to kill 10 lof them with that
