@jadewarlock I completely agree with you. I had a very nice experience meeting Lou. He seemed to be very genuine to me, and very pleasent. For $20 I got an autograph, and a photo with him. I was totally OK with that.

@5tonyvvvv I met him a few years back and I found him to be very nice. And FYI... they ALL do appearances for money because the studios gave them NOTHING in the way of Syndication/video/DVD residuals. If $20 is ridiculous for an autograph, then you haven't been to a whole lot of celebrity appearences.

I met Lou Ferrigno about 4 years ago. He couldn't have been a nicer guy. Took a great photo with him too! Lou seriously loves his fans.

Lou suffered from a Speech loss, and a hearing infection when he was younger.
It's hard for him to hear too well... as well as pronouce proper words.
That and he wasn't wearing a mic
