@darkwarriorkane There are plenty of examples of bureaucratic nightmares in the American court system today - guilty plea bargains resulting in sentences that are too low for heinous murders. Unless the terrorists are American citizens, the constitution affords them no rights in court. They are foreign war criminals and should be tried as such. If they are American citizens then they should be tried in the American system, but treason is a capital offense.
