I met Damhnait when she did EVITA here in st. john's she's very sweet! I was telling her how much this song meant to me cause it always reminded me of how the abuse I got from my mom growing up wasn't my fault...she told me that's exactly what the song is about...abuse. She seemed to really appreciate it that I came up and told her...again very sweet and very talented woman!
