I still think that when a person creates a song he and no-one else should decide whether to give it for free or not. And the rest of the world should FREAKIN' respect it :) Is it really so hard to respect a wish of a creator regarding HIS own product? I think that this is the point that we should really discuss.. not whether we as a population gain more from one solution or the other. Human rights are more important than your views on music business.

Music should most definitely be shared. Solutions that help everyone (like Spotify) should be embraced.

I agree that if a person lives only working with music this person is a kind of vagabond or lazy (bastard), every media should be shared freely and if you like it, you pay for it!

You are a patronizing idiot.
Having a "good CD" has nothing to do with being able to perform live.
If you can't really sing, rap, DJ or play an instrument, then you have no business being on a stage & charging people good money.
Please shut up, you clearly know nothing about the music industry!

ya la queria antes de esto ahora la amo aun mas sera que es perfecta Joss?

I think every artist should decide for themselves if they want to give their work away for free. Piracy robs them of that choice.

@ShynAwkward Agreed but there's another sign of brainwashing. Man, if music is accessible to more people and more people get their hands on a good CD, they will be MORE LIKELY to come to a concert and bring the artist more money. Like it wasn't obvious enough for some.
The people that complain the most about free music are the ones who can't perform live.
Think about it; touring is where the real music money is made in 2012.
Joss can sing, but those who can't sing or play/perform can't fill a venue & therefore cannot make fortune, except through publishing & advertising...
2012 = Time to separate the real talent from the studio fakers!
