That's a great video. Very useful information, I'd even say crucial! And yet in a very pleasant and decent style:)! cause many health-oriented youtubers (as well as real life people) appear weird and obssessed with the topic of health... Thanks!

How is it that your the only one that knows whats going on in nutrition and how carbs work in the human body. You should be on Oprah! Your a genius! I'm a big fan of all your video's!

This is ALL corroborated by Gary Taubes' "research of the diet research" - also his "apostles" like Kurt G. Harris, M.D. (see his blog); watch Tom Naughton's "Fat Head" documentary...
It IS reversible. Go to the Drs. Eades's blog(s) (Mike Eades and Mary Dan Eades) at proteinpower (they're big on magnesium supplementation!)
Check out the paleo people like Mark Sisson and Rob Wolfe. Get "Cereal Killer" by Alan Watson (quotes Taubes' research and gives an optimal lipid (blood fat) profile.

From the mid 1960's the changes in wheat breeding to improve yield produced modern dwarf varieties that matured faster. These varieties absorb less zinc, copper, and magnesium from the ground and also contain more of the allergy producing parts of gluten. So not only is wheat MORE inflammatory that wheat has ever been it also contains less of the substances like magnesium the body requires to counter inflammation.
this is a very good lecture thank you.
i think you should have included the danger of STARCHES which is also sugar and FRUITS and FRUIT JUICES which also have a lot of sugar.
gotta stay away from most fruits in all forms, and grains, in spite of what the agribusiness controlled federal government says.
don't believe the federal government food pyramid. it's written to please the corporate interests.

@cirosuperiore Starches and Carbs and sugars are all the same thing... and glad you are doing all that! Thank goodness the food pyramid is gone finally! I still think there are too many grains on the new model, but it's a distinct improvement...
