ofcourse aid money is uses for war purposes. Come on guys this is Africa. There were ppl dying on the road between kassala Sudan and Axum in may of 84. Literally dying on the side of the road while tplf Shabiya and Derg were fighting. Fighting to see who gets to brutalize the ppl. This news is only a surprise to europeans. The greatest deception was by western governments/Geldof and the charity agencies who deliberately hid the fact that during the famine Ethiopia was exporting abroad more food crops than the food aid there were receiving.
